* Why would I want to buy a replica watch instead of a real one?

* How do I know your watches are of high quality and will not break after a week?

We pride ourselves in offering only the highest quality watches, which with proper care will last for years. All watches are hand made out of only the best material and fully covered with a comprehensive warranty.

* How can I trust you with my money?

You will see that there is no way we can rip you off if you pay us by credit card. If we don't ship the item, you can contact your credit card company and get a full refund. If we ship an inferior product and don't refund your money, you can contact your credit card company and get a full refund. Basically, the credit card companies are always on the customer's side. If the customers did not buy anything, the credit card companies would not make any money. Wire transfers are the safe route since we give you access to our business checking account. Western Union is done through your credit card to ensure safety as well.

* What if I'm not satisfied?

Maybe you will. But if you really don't think they're worth the money, then simply return them to us and we will refund your money, no questions asked. Please do not remove the plastic wrapping around the bands or remove any links, or wear the watch at all, because we cannot refund your money on worn watches. Make sure to read our Return Policies before ordering.

* I have seen other websites that offer them for cheaper, why are yours more expensive?

The price of the watches depends on the quality; many websites will carry the lowest quality available and hence are able to sell them for cheaper. But we do not believe in offering low quality goods that may break down after being worn just once or twice. In fact, we believe so strongly in our products that we have a warranty for all items purchased from our site.
 

2.  Watches FAQ

* What is the meaning of Automatic, Quartz, and a sweeping second hand?

-Automatic refers to a watch movement that consists of a self-winding mechanism, which allows the watch to run on its own without batteries. The advantage to this is that batteries are not required for the watch to run. The disadvantage to it is that the watch should be serviced every few years to make sure it runs smoothly.
-Quartz refers to a watch movement that runs from a battery. The advantage to this is that the watch normally lasts longer than an automatic watch. The disadvantage to it is that the battery has to be changed every so often.
-A sweeping second hand refers to a second hand that sweeps smoothly instead of ticking once every second. Basically, its movement consists of a bunch of very tiny, rapid ticks that combine to make it look like the hand is sweeping smoothly. All automatic watches have a sweeping second hand, and all quartz watches have a ticking second hand.


* Are the leather bands on your watches made out of real leather?
Yes, all watches that come with leather bands are 100% genuine leather.

* How do I set time?

To set the time for your automatic watch, you will need to turn button in an anti-clockwise direction if you have a screw-in lock watch. You will then need to softly pull the button out a little bit. The best way to do this is to use your first and second finger and to also use your finger nail as a lever in order to pull the button out with as little force as possible. You will feel a little click when you do this correctly. In some watches with a date function, the first step would be for adjusting the date, the second step would be for the time. Now you can set the time by turning it anti-clockwise. This would turn the minute-hour hands forward until you set the right time. After the correct time is set, push the button back and turn it clockwise for a few rounds to lock it in position.

* I have a watch with a date, how do I change the date?

To change the date for your replica watch, please follow the instructions above to pull the crown out of its original locked position. The first step is for setting the date (and day if you have a Rolex Day-Date model). The second step is for setting the local time. You can only set Date forward by turning button in one direction. # Leather bands should be protected from perfumes and water, especially saltwater.

-Automatic Watches
These are not entirely self-maintaining. It's a good idea to wind your watch at least once every week or two. This helps to keep the oil fluid and the wheels moving. If you do not wear your watch every day, be certain to wind it at least twice a week.

-Mechanical Watches
It's good practice to wind your mechanical watch at the same time every day. This is very good for the mechanism. Watch aficionados know to wind their watch first thing in the morning as part of their own timekeeping and that of the watch.
Be aware that participation in sports such as golf or baseball, or any repetitive hand movements (as with some occupations) are very hard on the mechanism. These can permanently damage the watch's movement. Just remove your watch. If the watch has stopped:
# Be sure that the watch stem is pushed in.
# Make sure that all dials and dial markers are properly fastened. If not, they may be blocking the hands from properly moving.
# In some cases, the crystal may be chipped and blocking the hands.
# The watch may be rusty. This is quite likely fatal, we're sorry to say.
# With electronic watches, some parts are replaceable. If your manual or automatic watch is slowing down:
# It may need to be wound properly.
# It may need to be cleaned. If your quartz watch is slowing down:
# You may need to replace the battery.
# The watch may need cleaning.

3.  Shipping FAQ

* It has been 3 days since I placed my order, how come it still hasn't been shipped yet?

Depending on which style of watch you ordered, it may have to be custom made, as some watches are made to order. Some of the more exotic watches can take up to 3-5 business days for it to be shipped out. As soon as your watch is shipped out, you will be notified.

* Can you ship my order to my PO Box address?

Sorry, we do not ship to PO boxes, as we require a signature to accept our packages.

* How long will it take for me to receive my watch and how much is shipping?

We ship our watches with express shipping worldwide for free. Generally, all International orders will take 8-14 business days. (Business days - exclude weekends and holidays.)

* Will my watch be shipped the same day I place my order?

Sorry, your order will not be shipped for up to 72 hours as our staff must verify and confirm your order. Once you order has been verified, it will be sent to our shipping department for immediate delivery. Shipping time varies from 5-7 days from the time you placed your order. (Business days - excludes weekends and holidays.)

* Who pays for the Duties and Tarifs on international shipments?

We will not charge any duty for an international order. Import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer. Please contact your local customs office for details.

* Can you send my package to a different address than my billing address?

Parcels and packages will not be sent to an address different than that found on the billing address of the card holder.

4.  Payment Methods FAQ 

* Do you accept any other methods of payment at this time such as: PayPal, cheques, money orders and cash?

We prefer credit card as it is the most efficient method to process your order and have your package shipped out in the shortest time possible directly to your door step. However, we accept Western Union payments too.

* Can I use my roommate's credit card to pay for my order?

We will not process or honor mishandled, borrowed or stolen card information. Please also bear in mind that you IP address will be logged when you place an order with us and that any fraudulent orders we be prosecuted to the fully extent of the law.

* When will you be charging my credit card?

Your credit card will be charged at the time you place your order at our website and will be processed by our billing department.

* I assume there are no hidden fees to pay on top of your shipping?

Correct! The price you see is the price you pay, there are no additional fees. Customer service is included at no extra charge. Our number one goal is to provide you an enjoyable easy shopping experience so you will come back again and recommend our online watch store to many friends and family members.

* Do you do Cash on Delivery (COD) orders?

No we do not accept COD orders as an online review has shown that more than 80% of COD orders turn out to be fraudulent, and hence we prefer to avoid the hassle and troubles. (We apologize to all the honest customers out there who do use COD payments).

* Do you have a privacy policy?

We have the following privacy statement in order to demonstrate our firm commitment to privacy. At the "Order" form we collect contact information (like your email address) and financial information (credit card numbers). This information is only used to fulfill our customer orders. Financial information that is collected is used to bill the user for products and services. We never abuse your private information by renting, selling or sharing your details.

* Will my telephone number be given out to anyone else?

No, your telephone number and other personal information will never be given to anyone else. It is kept in our database for future reference when you make another order. You will only be contacted when we need to verify your order and if there are any problems with the order.

* How discreet is the package? Will other people know what is inside?

Our orders are sent 100% completely discreetly. There is no mention of the content or site written anywhere on the box. Everything is discreetly packaged in a normal small box.
